How do I contact you?

Shopping

How do I determine the correct size for me?
Sizing charts are linked on every page to help you decide the appropriate size for you.  A good rule of thumb: Larger is better, if you’re not sure.

How do I know if an Item is in stock?
The website will show you in red “out of stock”, not to mention color and size options will not be selectable if it’s unavailable.

If an item is out of stock, can I still buy the item?
It would be best to contact us to inquire about a replenishment date.  Footwear usually replenishes quicker than costumes.

What forms of payment does CBC-Costumes.com accept?
VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, PAYPAL and PAYPAL CREDIT.    You DO NOT have to be a PAYPAL account holder to use your credit card.

Purchase Orders
Purchase orders may be accepted if it’s from a reputable business or school entity.

Can I check the status of my order?
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to check status.  Anything outside of that, you’re welcome to contact us.

How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation.

If I find the same item cheaper on a different website, will you price match?
Yes, if it’s from a reputable competitor, and fits within reasonable margin guidelines.

Shipping

What shipping carriers do you use?
Primarily UPS and FedEx.  International , non-contiguous states, APO/FPO addresses use  United States Postal Service. PLEASE NOTE:  A physical address is required for UPS Shipping as they will not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Does CBC-Costumes.com ship internationally?
Yes, however, it’s not fully setup yet.  Please contact me for international sales, until the site is ready for that. Boots sold internationally will require an additional 5 day processing time, as my supplier must send to us first.  Please know as soon as they are in our hands, they will be shipped out immediately.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Items purchased over $49.99 will have shipping included.  Item’s below this amount will be contingent on your location.

When can CBC-Costumes.com ship my order?
Most shipments occur within 2 business days.  Larger items such as Life-size statues can take up to 5 days, as those are arranged for shipment via freight.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, however in most cases, our supplier will not, so the item must come to me first, which can add 3-5 days in handling time.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico? Yes, but there will be a surcharge conducive to these locations.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
All items with the exception of Life-size statues and costumes exceeding $500.00 can be returned for refund.  Defective costumes will either be repaired or replaced, only.  However, please note that boots and costumes must be unworn, scuff-free and in original packaging for resale.   Return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility except in defective item situations.
If ”free shipping” was offered with your purchase and you return an item, there will be a 20% restocking fee and the original cost of free shipping will be deducted from the refund.  There is no restocking fee for sizing exchanges, however, you will be responsible for the return shipping.  We will pay for shipping of the replacement item back to you.

How do I send back item(s) I want to return?
Please contact us first with the issue, and we’ll go from there.  All packages should be shipped using a tracking number.   You will be given the address, depending on the item you’re returning.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
As soon as your item has been received and processed, you’re refund will be initiated immediately.  Depending on your bank policies, you should see your refund anywhere within 7-10 days.

Can I exchange what I ordered?
Yes, with the exception of Life-size Statues.
